I found the staff very pleasant and empathetic on the phone, some things did take a little longer than I expected but overall very good.

Excellent service from beginning to end, I was put at ease from the start. Any worries I had soon disappeared and no question was too large or small. Aperture made the process so much easier and now I have a debt free future thanks to them!

Aperture was very helpful and made my life so easy. I didn't know I was so ill until two years ago. I have mental problems due to domestic abuse and debts. Everything I called it was like I have a friend on the other end of the phone who is waiting to listen to my problems. I'm so greatful that when you rand me back 2011, I didn't put my phone down but I listened ????????. It was a painful journey of debts and thanks to Aperture. Yours faithful, Rosemary Nkomo.

From the moment Aperture started to manage my case I knew I was in great hands. Having ended my IVA they made me feel human again! 5 Stars for respect, care and overall client experience.

Very poor communication. Phone calls constantly being cut off. Only seem to care if chasing PPi claims and they keep asking for the same paperwork They ignore my annual review and have been waiting 6 weeks for feedback!! Then informed my review finshes 2018 not 2017 as originally agreed?? Really poor customer service with automated phone calls being cancelled mid way?? Seems to be getting worse by the year Please avoid

Our IVA was 'sold' to aperture, we did not deal with them by choice. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They can't answer queries, they don't return calls or respond to paperwork. They either don't send what they say they are going to, then wast numerous phone calls 'chasing' said paperwork. And if by chance you do get it and follow up with a query - they often lose paperwork and the cycle starts again. Today receive ppi claim letter saying they are unable to progress the IVA as they don't hold an exact breakdown of the compensation. They've dealt direct with her companies and sent us cheques for the intetest- so clearly DO know what is what. Don't touch them. They are incompetent idiots:-(

Horrendous company wouldn't recommend them to anyone don't return your calls or answer queries still tied in to an IVA which should have ended July 2016 even though I completed all paperwork and notified them I was being made redundant in August. The stress has had an adverse effect on my life

Aperture (formally Grant Thornton) have been magnificent throughout my whole IVA experience. Recommended by the Citizens Advice Bureau, I have found them to be helpful and professional throughout. Always polite and reassuring, they have lead me through the journey to set up my IVA from interview and guidance at the start, to a point where I am now approaching closure of my IVA which will make me free from debt and able to restart my life and that of my family, whilst having protected my home and avoiding bankruptcy. Their expertise has given me confidence in an area where I had no experience or knowledge, and I would be more than happy to recommend their services to anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves in financial difficulty with insolvency, as did I. Good luck everyone, and fear not.... Aperture are here to help.

Entering in to any debt plan can be very scary and the end never seems to be in sight. I have one more payment to make on my IVA and I can't believe how quickly the last 5 years has gone. From the signing of my IVA to any queries I may have had, I would highly recommend the staff at Aperture to take away the stress and worry you may have. Communication is easy with Aperture whether it be on the phone or via email, I have always had a quick response. A member of my family found himself in financial difficulties through no fault of his own. I put him in touch with Aperture who gave him a number of options for his situation and now he is on his way to being debt free also. I cant stress enough how much I would recommend Aperture.

Having financial difficulties is nothing to be ashamed of and to have an organisation out there that not only understands this but also actually cares and does all it can to make the process of operating an IVA as smooth and as stress free as possible is something that really does shine a light at the end of the tunnel. From the first contact to my last stage of the plan i cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They have worked with me rather than just being behind the scenes and have ALWAYS been there to assist, guide and advise. I have found the whole IVA process with Aperture a calm, managed and friendly process. If you are thinking about an IVA talk to Aperture first - they really will help you!!!!!!!!!!

We have always had a fantastic experience when dealing with Aperture. The staff have always been helpful and friendly even when faced with difficult questions and situations. We would highly recommend Aperture to friends and family.

I have nothing but high praise for aperture who have given me hope and light at the end of a very long tunnel I would recommend aperture to any one who are struggling with debt an iva is helping me tremendously and I cannot thank them enough

Everybody I have spoken to over time have been very helpful and totally professional. It is a difficult situation to find yourself in, however Aperture endeavour to help and I highly recommend them.
