Always friendly and empathetic with your situation. They never judge how or why you have ended up at the stage of requiring an IVA, just try to get you through the experience with as little stress and problems as possible. The day I received my closure certificate I could have shouted my relief to the world. I can finally get back to my life but with a better understanding of how to live within my means.

We have only ever had excellent service from aperture. Everyone you talk to on the phone is understanding and caring. We would highly recommend this company. A++++++++++

Aperture gave me the peace of mind and support I needed with my finances when I found myself in a difficult situation following a relationship breakdown. I was able to get on with my life knowing that I wasn't going to be bombarded with phone callls, letters or people knocking on my door chasing for payment, because Aperture were there help. They did all the liaising for me. I am now in the final year of the IVA and have managed sucessfully throughout - without Aperture I don't think I would have got through it - Thankyou.

being in debt can be soul destroying worrying constantly how to make ends meet. in many cases your situation is totally unforseen like mine which happened due to ill health forcing me to be unable to work anymore i was so glad to find an iva with aperture gave me hope for the future the process was professionally managed from the first phone call to the end of the process and now i am debt free i would highly recommend aperture to anyone who needs some help to put their finances in order and find a manageable solution to debt problems that can keep you awake at night i am glad i did

I'm coming to the end of my time with aperture, having taken me on from another company there service has been 1st class, always on end of phone if need them and very quick with emails, they will provide you with 100% commitment if you do the same, hopefully I wouldn't need to use again but if I did they would be my 1st call

a helpful, friendly and informed team that help you through what is a difficult, stressful and what can feel an embarrassing time. The advisors were able to clearly outline the processes, the outcomes and advise how best to manage the IVA. I personally experienced some change in circumstances, but still tried to maintain the same payments, but was advised by one of the customer services team that this could be reviewed and amended to meet with my current situation without the need of a formal review. This isn't the kind of service that you would perhaps talk about, but if anybody ever did ask, I would have no hesitation in recommending Aperture.

This service gave us peace of mind. All the calls and letters stopped and the peace of mind knowing that the monthly payments stayed the same for 12 months was great.

I can only say, it has been a long hard slog so far to keep up with the payments and learn to live within a budget! But had I done it sooner, instead of hiding my head in the sand and pretending it wasn't happening to me I could have sorted it out before things had gone too far! I can only thank you for sorting out my problems and giving me a chance to sort out my problems!!

After months of worrying as to how to approach our financial predicament we decided to make the phone call to Aperture. Expecting a row like a naughty schoolboy I was taken aback as to how at ease I was made to feel. More importantly after months of feeling like a criminal the burden of debt had now been shared and dealing with the professional staff at Aperture lead to us starting life again. Finally I would just like to say a big thank you to Aperture and if anyone is out there feeling trapped like us do not hesitate to contact Aperture as your worries will evaporate immediately.

We are in what we thought was our final year which should have ended on the 27th of November 2016 l got in touch with aperture in April 2016 the lady was lovely and explained what then happened with getting what we owed on our mortgage and the value of the house at this time we was told they always take the lower rate of valuation which like l have just stated April 2016. Aperture then in May required this information which we gave we should have known the out come of this in July but nothing so l rand again l spoke to someone told them the information they needed and they said it should finished on the said date, so you can image our relief as we thought thank god we have done it and don't get me wrong this as not been easy we have done without everything to make sure this payment as always been made. In on the 5 of September they decide to tell us we have to remortgage as they now take the average estimate but from April to September no one contacted us to inform us of this change disappointed doesn't even cover it big let down if they would hav said 8 after the date we would have accepted it and not feel like we do but it took them till September to get back to us so really they are in breach Disappointed l would Like to know when you changed the ruling

I have had excellent service and advice from Aperture in this difficult time of getting badly into debt, I am paying all the bills and not applying for credit, in the future I will well within my means and aperture have been very understanding and professional at all times

I have an IVA with Aperture...it has been straightforward all the way for me ... I remember back to the day I first enquired and asked for help , I was so stressed about my situation and didn't know where to turn . I have not regretted my move with this one bit as very soon I hope to see it come to completion . I have felt supported and encouraged along the way and what seemed like a long road to travel has been easier because of this . It gave me peace of mind knowing that my problems are being dealt with professionally .
