“Great service - next day delivery as promised. One thing i would say is the box was huge compared to what was in it, so it was damaged on arrival!”

“We ordered paper bags in a bid to go plastic free. Unfortunately the bags were wrapped in plastic AND bubble wrap and then put in a plastic post bag, a cardboard box would have been more environmentally friendly perhaps?”

“Very happy with the bags and speed of delivery as they came the next day. Only thing that could be improved slightly was the packaging as most of the boxes had split and one had completely fallen apart so that the contents were left loose (in dirty snow) by the carrier.”

“Next day delivery - at a cost of nearly £8 took 2 days & subsequently i couldn't package a tender for a customer the way i wanted to as the item arrived after the deadline”

Hi Lucy, I am very sorry that you are disappointed in the carriage cost. We use that particular courier service because they are reliable and always keep us updated on tracking information if needed. I have tracked your parcel, it did arrive next working day but unfortunately it looks like it was signed for by someone who didn't give it to you in time. That's very inconvenient for you and again we are very sorry it's delayed things for you. I do hope that we hear from you again and can make sure that you yourself are the only person who should sign for the deliveries, which we can make sure will happen in the future.
