Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our frosted carrier bags. On reading your comments I was concerned that you were not fully satisfied with the quality. We take all feedback very seriously and therefore I have investigated the issue immediately.
I would like to apologise for the punch out handle not being as smooth as it should be, in response to your feedback we have spoken to our manufacturer to inform them of the issue. I would like to assure you that the issue you've highlighted is a fault with a single batch. The Manufacturing Manager has agreed to personally check the bags due in our next delivery to ensure that they have the highest quality finish, and we will also vigorously check them on arrival at our warehouse.
I have attempted to call you this morning as I would have liked to have spoken to you about your concerns and to let you know what we are doing to address this problem. As I couldn't reach you I have sent you an email (to the address you used when placing your order) giving you more details of this fault and how we will compensate your disappointment.
