I would like to apologise for the delay in delivering your order. On reading your review I immediately contacted our courier partner Interlink. Interlink would also like to apologise for the delay to your delivery. Unfortunately the van that was delivering your package was in an accident and caught fire. All the contents on the vehicle have been damaged and they are working their way through unloading the items off of the van today.
I have spoken to our Fulfilment Manger who will resend your parcel today, this means that your delivery will be with you on Monday.
I will call you shortly to discuss your order in more detail and will answer any questions you have. Once again please accept my apology for this extremely rare occurrence.

“On my 3rd order I received the completely wrong order. I emailed yourselves and received a reply from a gentleman called Simon Lawson who gave a very short email by return, It simply explained that my order would be delivered the next working day. There was no apology or empathy given towards my situation. I was not impressed by that at all. I feel customer service is vital and on that occasion a received none.”
Thank you for your feedback. On fulfilling your second order a rare mistake was made by our fulfilment team and the incorrect bags were sent to your address.
As soon as we were made aware of the mistake we arranged for the correct bags to be sent out right away. Our Commercial Manager Simon sent an email which apologised for our mistake and included a new tracking number for the consignment. We would have normally followed this up with a call, however after Simon sent his initial email to you he found that your order had been placed via PayPal. PayPal’s security system does not allow us to store contact telephone numbers or any other personal information, so on this occasion we could not follow-up by phone. We would like to apologise once more for this rare error. We are pleased to see that you are happy with our delivery service and that you have since placed a third order. I hope we have restored your confidence in APL.
