It would then have given me the chance to look elsewhere. You did get in touch with me by email to explain however as you already had my payment details I felt I needed to go ahead. “I was about to order from another company and just phoned APL to get a comparison quote, but the young lady - Shirley - who answered was so helpful and knowledgable that I placed my order then and there with you even though the price was marginally higher.
Also, the bags were delivered the very next day! Excellent service!! Worth the extra £5.00 over the other vendor.”
