Delivery was on time. I paid $39 for installation. Technician put tv together and placed on shelf. He would only plug it and showed it worked. He refused to attach the cord necessary for Telstra TV to work. He told me to call the company and upgrade the installation. Very bad attitude. Won’t buy from them again. I managed, 84 years old lady,to hook it up and put in the code for internet on it.

Really happy with the service from Appliances online. Delivery was prompt, they kept updating me on when my product would arrive. The two delivery guys were polite, professional, taking great care with my fridge. They removed the old one, unpacked the new one, took all the rubbish away. Could not be happier.

Got a damaged oven delivered, was not happy after a few phone calls got a girl called Soffie send pics etc waited then rang back peeved off got Alex sorted at 3.30 replacement next day at 7 am. I was going to give a bad review for the first delivery but they backed up very happy thanks Alex
