“Good delivery service. But when I tried to put it together the bowls wouldn't go up and down to get the right height my little dog. Something was stopping the movement from running up and down the post smoothly. My husband had to use force to push the bowls down the steel post which in turn took all the black paint off the steel post.. in hindsight I should have sent it back.. too late now.”

“I ordred blue bird perches via Ebay but received Turquoise in colour. So I contatced them only to be told that the makes no longer made them in blue. It would have been nice if they contacted me, it was left to me when I received them. In my opinion they should have updated their advert in Ebay but they did not bother so not good customer service in my opinion.”

“Advertised as mixed colour fish sticks. The ones we received was the cheaper all one colour fish sticks. Not happy to be misled.”

“Received the aqua pet vicarious fogger in good time. Installed the kit no problem, however I found the 5l pump spray unit to be of very poor quality. It fails to hold pressure for longer than 4 minutes and water leaks back up the pump plunger.”

“Ordered at the weekend with estimated delivery the following Wednesday - this was important as needed the item asap. Despatch info was received on Monday. Got to Wednesday, no item. Thursday and still no item.. don't think the item was really posted when the seller said.”
