“Aquapet dispatched item on 24 hour delivery. Royal Fail have told me it will be delivered a WEEK later. Not Aquapets fault, but having paid for express delivery, they should consider using another courier.”

We use a variety of couriers, including Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Evri, UPS, and DPD. All couriers can sometimes run into problems that are completely out of our hands, so it doesn’t matter which we choose as we don't know beforehand (we wish we could) if they are going to come across an unknown problem. “My first order was cancelled without warning or apology because I'd used a discount code that Aquapet claim isn't theirs. This resulted in me receiving my item much later than planned because I had to wait for the refund to hit my account before I could reorder. My rating would've been higher if Aquapet had admitted they'd forgotten to deactivate the discount code or at least apologise (I recognise that system errors can happen but the message from Aquapet took no responsibility for the mixup whatsoever). That said, once I'd ordered for the second time delivery was very quick and the item is perfect. Much cheaper than buying direct from the Catit store!”

“Item arrived within a few days. It was easy to assemble and install, however it suddenly started to make a lot of noise after a few hours, which is disappointing.”

“Post office delivery was poor....impeller should have been easily put thru letterbox...we got a non delivery card...now have to drive to sorting office 7 miles away to retrieve....parcel too big to put thru letterbox !!...either packaging too big or postal service poor...could have been left safe or left with neighbour...not happy”

“Unfortunately the item doesn't look as nice as the photos. For reference I ordered the red coloured one. I expected slightly better for £4.49, although in hindsight these decorations often cost a lot more at exotics stores so you get what you pay for I suppose. Either way I doubt my gecko will mind.”

“Delivery time and price were excellent but packaging was poor. The box arrived crushed and contents had spilled into postage bag. Luckily thee was no damage.”
