Not impressed so far Aquarium light arrived on Thursday and I have tried all sorts to contact aquapet regarding the fact that it doesn't work with no joy I have emailed messaged and phoned and no answer to any paid around 37 pounds Not happy

I have ordered many things for reptiles from Aquapet over 18 months and the quality and value has been very good ,the only problem with them is when they sell out of products especially uv tubes and ballast units they dont restock but keep them on the website ,out of fourteen products six have been sold out for at least a year ,what is the point of still advertising them when you havent got any and by the looks of it never will.Same with backgrounds three out of four sold out

Now, about those elusive UV tubes and ballast units—trust us, they’re as rare as a chameleon at a zebra convention! We keep products listed on the website because sometimes we do manage to catch them when they sneak back into stock. But we hear you loud and clear, and we’re working to make sure our website reflects availability more accurately (without any reptile-level camouflage, of course!). I did like the tank, however items were missing such as the net and water supplements and food even the filter was missing so had to buy all of that separately.

Sent the wrong filters , then they had to have photographic proof of what they sent me that as if the were saying I was lying .. not very good .. they offered NO compensation for wasting my valuable time ..

The service from Aquapet may have been good, but you partnered up with Parcelforce who have proved to be very poor. I paid for a 48 hour delivery as I wanted the pump to instal it over the weekend, but even as of now I do not have it. Little point in paying for the express delivery! I understand as well as anyone we have issues with Covid-19 but there has been sufficient time for companies to adjust. I’m pleased Parcelforce has no control over our NHS! I’m sorry aquapet for the review but you are who you team up with. Pick better partners next time.
