“I'm afraid that only half of my order of a vivarium, cabinet and starter kit was sent so I had to phone the company and wait for the other half to be delivered. There are instructions of how to build the vivarium but no instructions of how to actually set it up which was difficult to work out for first time reptile owners like us! But now it's finally set up it looks great and (hopefully- with the help of Google!) will be ok for our chameleon.”

“have always wanted this item for many years. now they come with led lights its a much better product for use when u have a darker room. only problem which maybe me not using it right at moment is the amount of water it spits over the edge but might be me using to much”

“I'm pleased with the 3 storey cage for my 2 Guinea Pigs they can move around, sit in different departments if they choose, although they seem to prefer staying on the ground floor for some reason, one thing I removed was the black Hay Racks, they get in the road for them moving around and there's already one available, it's easy to take apart and clean although I think the opening door could've been made wider to enable ease of cleaning without taking it apart, that's the only drawback to this otherwise good item.”
