“Awesome service the delivery driver and his mate put the tank and cabinet right were I wanted it.nothing was two much trouble . aqua one though need two put better institutions with cabinet they are awful .looks brill though now .well pleased .fish loving all the extra space.thanks arkpets you got a customer for life.”

“I received the msg on thursday 14 from royal mail that they supposed to deliver the fish tank filter i bought on the day. The day after friday 15th i received the email about the review but still no sign of the delivery. I waited before to give a bad review because i tought i could receive it on saturday. On my wake up i found a bad surprise, one of the fish was dead and the other was about to. I was so upser and still no delivery, i've tried to call the company and no answer. Tomorrow I will go to my local pet store to buy the filter and another fiah before my son come back home. I hope I will have some news in regards. Very disappointed.”
