“I mistakenly asked Aquapet for help over a broken reptile bulb, which I'd actually bought elsewhere (I'd bought my excellent shade from Aquapet, hence the mistake). They were so helpful in spite of me not being their customer for the bulb, so when I replaced said broken bulb, I chose to buy it from Aquapet. They have great customer service, all important to me.”
