“I needed a controlled heat source for a warming cabinet. Not sure exactly if it could be done contacted them by phone given excellent advice even told there was a discount if I applied online which I did. Ordered my items arrived day after order exactly what I was told and what I wanted, brilliant company to do business with.”

“Firstly, delivery.... I ordered over a Bank Holiday weekend and it was delivered on the Wednesday. Superb. Secondly, the product.... Exactly as described with a great price. I had the discount voucher too which made it even better. I will order again from Aquapet. Very good service.”

“I have been trying to get a new filter head for almost fifteen months from local pond equipment suppliers. All they wanted to do was get me to spend £100's on a new system. I discovered Aquapet online. I checked their online parts list, identified the part I needed, ordered it, three days later it had arrived and I had fitted it. How good is that (i am still waiting for a return call from a local supplier three weeks later). I know where I will go next time I need something, yes you guessed, Aquapet.”
