“Placed an order for ferplast harness’ and they arrived within 48 hours. Unlike some business’ Aquapet kept their package to a minimum which is a nice change. The goods arrived in perfect condition and were as described. The price of the goods was average in comparison but I suppose when you pay a little extra you get the service which Aquapet offered.”

“Delighted with my fluval led lights, arrived well packed in in perfect condition, but 24hrs late! I paid for express next day delivery, and ordered in good time for same day dispatch. The item was not shipped until the next day meaning my delivery was delayed. This caused me to miss a deadline. Vendor has not offered to refund the extra amount that I paid.”

“Ordered the deep dome light fitting which arrived in a couple of days. Nicely packaged and seems to be identical to the dearer Arcadia unit. Only small niggle is a few small dents in the aluminium, a couple of bits of bubblewrap around the plug and clip would have prevented this. Nevertheless, it is of good quality and a good price, much like the ceramic fittings of Aquapet brand I have purchased before.”
