“I bought 4 x Catit Jumbo Litter Trays - price very reasonable, delivery very speedy. One of the trays unfortunately had cracked during transit, however as soon as i informed Aquapet of this, they immediately sent me a replacement without any quibbles or additional cost to me. Excellent customer service all round - will be getting all my pet products from them in future.”

“Urgently needed next day pond filter part at 4.30pm, just as Royal Mail collection due from Aquapet. When I phoned Aquapet couldn't have been more helpful. They urgently placed my order then rushed through to dept to get part packed for collection. Part received the next morning. Thank you Aquapet - totally recommend them for high quality service.”

“Good service but I ordered a red/white Flipper and received a brown/beige one. It may be that the red was out of stock or the colours on the internet not quite right but the product is good and the colour not that important.”
