“I have been trying to get a new filter head for almost fifteen months from local pond equipment suppliers. All they wanted to do was get me to spend £100's on a new system. I discovered Aquapet online. I checked their online parts list, identified the part I needed, ordered it, three days later it had arrived and I had fitted it. How good is that (i am still waiting for a return call from a local supplier three weeks later). I know where I will go next time I need something, yes you guessed, Aquapet.”

“As a thermometer it is fine but it doesn't work as a hygrometer from outside the viv. I can't put it inside, my snake would destroy it so it's essentially useless to me and I've had to buy another hygrometer”

“I this is a great little company! The prices are good and the 48 hour Royal Mail tracked used for delivery means that there's no worries about your items getting lost in the post. I've noticed that there's quite often a discount code on the site so that's a bonus too! I'd definitely recommend them and look forward to purchasing from Aquapet in the future!”
