“I always use aquapet for my terrapins, can't get what I need in most aquatic shops, unfortunately. Would love it if they would expand their terrapin stuff to include basking platforms, I can't seem to get these anywhere!”

“I found a FLUVAL G6 through them, cheaper than elsewhere. The online invoice/tracking had a few glitches - I couldn’t see the number, or track, but one phone call was made and the guy checked the status, with the filter arriving quickly and in good condition/well wrapped. Knowledgable team too.”
