“Ordered at the weekend with estimated delivery the following Wednesday - this was important as needed the item asap. Despatch info was received on Monday. Got to Wednesday, no item. Thursday and still no item.. don't think the item was really posted when the seller said.”

“Bought a lovely dome cat litter tray ( if a cat litter tray can be lovely) it does not look offensive in the room. It's VERY large, which is good as my cat is long haired. It's excellent quality, was very well packed and super fast delivery. Could not ask for better ????”

“My husband had tried to buy a pump locally from where he had originally bought it, but they seemingly only sell them from April to October!. After going online we discovered Aquapet, and we are so glad we did. We got it for a great price from them, cheaper than it would have been in the local garden centre. Only thing was I paid for next day delivery to try to save fish, but it did not arrive for 2 days, which was not too bad as it was 4 days before Xmas, so more to do with delivery service than Aquapet I am sure.”
