“I purchased the cat water fountain a year or so ago. And have always replaced the filters with “GENUINE FILTERS” A neighbour has one too but only replaced the filters with cheap copies. After only a short few days her water went manky with black growth in the flower petal design. Mine has Always performed well. I recommend buying the genuine filters. Treat your pets the way YOU would want to be treated. Buy the best.”

“Shame you can't make International orders directly on website. Having said that, the customer service via email has been excellent. Very helpful and prompt returns to emails. I will be using Aquapet again.”
