Had a washing machine delivery from Arrow and they were absolutely faultless
I got an estimated delivery slot and a curtesy call 15 mins prior to arrival.
They arrived, unpacked the washing machine, took all the rubbish & plumbed it in free of charge. I live alone so this was a Massive bonus. Friendly & Very highly rated. Thank you!

Amazon use this company and I have learnt my lesson. AVOID AT ALL COST. Will never order again from amazon due to them using a delivery company such as this one. Who knows when my refund of several hundred pounds will be processed. Bought the TV from Currys in the end.

Next day called Arrow XL, Stayed on phone for 20 minutes then call handler cut me off, opened a WhatsApp chat, they claimed TV was sent to the wrong depot, so would take another week to get it, so I cancelled my order and had a refund from Amazon.

I've been waiting for a new fridge freezer since 08.09.23, no updates on delivery, I received a message on the day at 16.45 to say it wasn't arriving.
Still no updates as yet, Amazon will not refund until after the 15.09.23. Tracking hasn't been up dated.

Had a radiator ordered from Amazon and delivered by Arrowxl. Had a phone call and text to determine delivery time on the day of delivery. The driver was friendly and efficient. The staff in their customer services were very helpful when I was worried by the negative reviews . The only negative I had was the time between ordering from Amazon and when it could be delivered. Overall they provided a decent service.
