I got an estimated delivery slot and a curtesy call 15 mins prior to arrival.
They arrived, unpacked the washing machine, took all the rubbish & plumbed it in free of charge. I live alone so this was a Massive bonus. Friendly & Very highly rated. Thank you!

Althought it didn't arrive within the time slot and I didn't receive a phone call prior to delivery, luckily I was in all day and it arrived 15 mins after the slot.

Very friendly customer care on the phone and when the delivery driver and drivers mate turned up they were very polite and went that bit further in aiding my elderly mother who lives in Dundee by unwrapping her washing machine and installing it straight away out of kindness.
