“I order a ring on August 5th 2021 , still didn’t receive anything and it’s October 9th 2021 . I’m so disappointed 😔 I spend money I can’t get back . There’s no number because it doesn’t work . The item never got shipped . The email has an automatic reply . All I want is the ring because I know I won’t get a refund ! Please read reviews that are recent . I guess this company isn’t the same as before because I am not the only person with this same situation. This website needs to be shutdown if its not allowed to send people there items .”

“They lie about shipping before you finalize your order. Once you finalize they change from 3-5 days to 4-6 weeks. I immediately sent an email to cancel my order. Let’s see what happens. Don’t bother calling the contact number - it's like calling space - nothing happens!!!. I’m disputing the charge in my credit card if they don’t refund immediate.”
