I'm thoroughly enjoying the app. The readings have been accurate and revealing. The app is easy to use and understand with alot of explanations of what the information means. Love the compatibility portion and the guides. And when you need support, they are quick to trading and very helpful!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Great customer support from Nebula. I encountered an issue about my card being overcharged and I reached out to their support team seeking assistance. From the moment I initiated contact, I was met with prompt responses. The support representative, Luc displayed exceptional professionalism and empathy throughout our interaction. What truly impressed me was the seamless and hassle-free process of obtaining the refund. He truly prioritized customer satisfaction above all else, and it showed in the swift resolution of my issue. STELLAR Customer Service, as follows: On a late(er) SUNDAY evening, I received a notification on my phone regarding a charge to my PayPal account that after seeing, I felt was inaccurate, unauthorized, and questionably fraudulent. Backstory: One-month prior, I ordered from this site (‘Nebula.” believing it was a ‘single’ one-time purchase and splurge) for my entertainment. Further examining my PayPal account and associated email account details, I called the contact number listed (finding in print, it was out of country— i.e., “Cyprus”, time zone differences, etc.). Being somewhat alarmed, I additionally sent an immediate “Refund Request & Cancel further service” email to the site’s Support email address found on the PayPal transaction info. To my AMAZEMENT—within a short span (15-minutes…maybe)—I received acknowledgment from “Matt” in Customer Service, whom to my chagrin, enlightened me that I did misunderstand the original purchase terms. Somehow, I did misinterpret the ‘automatic monthly charge’ fine print. Regardless of my faux pas, I sing their praises as indicated in the immediate email response to my request, Matt assured me all parties agreeable, that my request is approved, thus mitigated. I am one thankful, appreciative, customer. My gratitude to all parties involved. My blood pressure has returned to a normal reading. Thank you.
