This site is too obvious a trap where you need to do a lot of effort to get your (automatically started) subscription canceled. I saw it while signing in but can imagine it is overlooked by many who will pay $39 per month until they find how to cancel the subscription.

I did a free trial and didn't want to purchase after but couldn't figure out how to cancel the subscription cause it wouldn't work for me on the site. So needless to say I was charged. I want to end this subscription because it will not help for me and it cost too much.

I didn't think the trial gave me enough time to see if it was worth paying for due to the credits weren't enough and it was asking me to pay for more credits right away. The credits are only enough for 1 question.

Customer support was quick, but I shouldn't have had the issue in the first place due to transparency reasons.

Customer care team is really nice, but the app is very expensive. The readings get cut off all the time becasue of credits. Not worth the trouble or money
