“I got really mad at Nebula as they charged me for something i didn't want. I took a test on IG and then i was directed to their app which is very unfriendly and confused to navigate. Font are too small, the "skip" function almost hidden. Very bad experience which i do not recommend to use. Nevertheless the support team was very effective in solving the problem and refund me totally. My 3 stars only go to them. I would give a - 10 to the rest. Better not to use it”

Raised ticket and asked for a refund and the agent offered me 50% refund first but I said I wanted money back guarantee full amount and he did reply ok so should get my money back 5-8days. Very quick to respond”

Absolutely horrified as I have fallen for this trap before I contacted them. They were helpful and polite and everything was refunded and cancelled so an honest company with integrity.”

There are a couple that I don't connect with and have not responded, so be sure you pick someone you feel you connect with based on picture. That's your job. Due to nebulous policy they will give you a refund and credits if that happens if you follow the rules. You must remain in the chat after asking the question if it's live, otherwise that's not following nebulous policy and you won't get refunded if they don't answer if you stop conversation too soon.
