I couldn't find their subconscious on my Play Store, so I thought if it's not on there then I assume it got canceled. However, I got charged again. I have never once used their service. But now 2 months have gone by. I emailed Nebula because I wanted to find out what email was used at the time of subscription. I gave them my name and the last 4 of the card used, like they requested. I get an reply back from them, basically showing me step by step how to cancel it since the subscription went through on the website. That's why it hasn't shown up on my Google Play. They still wouldn't cancel it, which i would have if i had the correct email that was used. I even requested they send me the original email that was used. They didn't acknowledge that at all. Veterans stay clear of this website. They are trying to milk people for their hard earned cash.

🚨 SCAM – Misleading Charges, Refusal to Refund 🚨 This company is a scam. I signed up for what I thought was a £1 reading, but they immediately charged me £29.99 without clearly stating this upfront. The website is deliberately misleading, using vague wording about “personalized readings” to trick people into paying far more than expected. When I contacted them right away, explained the situation, and asked for a refund, they refused. Their customer service takes no responsibility and shows no respect for customers. After researching, I discovered that many other people online have been misled and overcharged in the exact same way. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern of dishonest business practices. ⚠️ Warning: Do not trust this company. They use deceptive tactics to take your money and refuse to give it back. Save yourself the stress and avoid at all costs. The reading are the same for eve! My friend pay for a reading and it was exactly like the reading I received!

I never signed up for anything only a palm reading that I paid $5. Next I was being billed for $45 for a subscription I never requested. Beware of Nebula.

I do not agree with "automatic payments" and when I noticed that you applied one I immediately requested a cancellation. What began as a $5 trial escalated to a situation I wasn't comfortable with.

My experience with Nebula was not good at all. The expert which they call them advisors are not properly trained in their respective fields like astrology, numerology etc. Although they claim to be experienced. Particularly i would like to mention Shakti the so called experience advisor not only wasted my time but also money and she failed to answer my single question. However, there support team is good and they have good services. This is the reason i am giving 2 points to nebula. Overall, my experience was not good at all. I urge everyone to stay away from this platform Website plus app. They are not what they depict.

I have lost $20,000 on this site, which seems to be a platform for scammers who pay for positive reviews in order to gain credibility. It preys on the emotions of vulnerable individuals. I truly believe this place operates with malicious intent.

I went to this site via Instagram ads They use deceptive marketing practices to sign you up for some kind of subscription without your authorization. I only agreed for one off payment of $1. But a week later I realised I was made to subscribe to 5 different automatic renewal subscriptions in total of USD $57/ month in total, It should be illegal. I was able to resolve it via PayPal dispute. I blocked them from my PayPal. I'll notify PayPal to make this merchant banned!!

The app and site use deceptive marketing practices to sign you up for some kind of subscription without your authorization. It should be illegal. I was able to resolve it after numerous emails, but had to waste a lot of time to figure out what happened and how to get it fixed.

I tried multiple advisors, but none of their predictions ended up being accurate. Each one gave the excuse that ,”energies can change,” as the reason why their predictions are inaccurate. However, for every advisor to be inaccurate with their predictions (tried over 12), it seems like it’s a scam.
