“I couldn't find their subconscious on my Play Store, so I thought if it's not on there then I assume it got canceled. However, I got charged again. I have never once used their service. But now 2 months have gone by. I emailed Nebula because I wanted to find out what email was used at the time of subscription. I gave them my name and the last 4 of the card used, like they requested. I get an reply back from them, basically showing me step by step how to cancel it since the subscription went through on the website. That's why it hasn't shown up on my Google Play. They still wouldn't cancel it, which i would have if i had the correct email that was used. I even requested they send me the original email that was used. They didn't acknowledge that at all. Veterans stay clear of this website. They are trying to milk people for their hard earned cash.”

“🚨 SCAM – Misleading Charges, Refusal to Refund 🚨
This company is a scam. I signed up for what I thought was a £1 reading, but they immediately charged me £29.99 without clearly stating this upfront. The website is deliberately misleading, using vague wording about “personalized readings” to trick people into paying far more than expected.
When I contacted them right away, explained the situation, and asked for a refund, they refused. Their customer service takes no responsibility and shows no respect for customers.
After researching, I discovered that many other people online have been misled and overcharged in the exact same way. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s a pattern of dishonest business practices.
⚠️ Warning: Do not trust this company. They use deceptive tactics to take your money and refuse to give it back. Save yourself the stress and avoid at all costs.
The reading are the same for eve! My friend pay for a reading and it was exactly like the reading I received!”
