“Do not use this platform. The advisors do not provide responses within 48 hours, even when they’re online. Also, even though the website gives you an option to message the advisors if they’re busy (have to use credits to do so), the advisors will 1) not answer the question you paid for and 2) will come up with an excuse as to why you need to use the live chat feature (just so you have to pay more money and use credits). Trust me, I’ve wasted too much money on this website.”
