“The astrologers are experts and I'm 98% satisfied with their responses most of the time. There are a couple that I don't connect with and have not responded, so be sure you pick someone you feel you connect with based on picture. That's your job. Due to nebulous policy they will give you a refund and credits if that happens if you follow the rules. You must remain in the chat after asking the question if it's live, otherwise that's not following nebulous policy and you won't get refunded if they don't answer if you stop conversation too soon. The minutes do seem to run out fast, which is really disappointing but I feel the excitement and relief from the psychics gift
