“I just bought a 17 carat yellow diamond ring from Astteria. Ehud did fly from Florida to Seattle to deliver my ring yesterday. He is very patient with me, I had hundreds of questions and then he answered all my questions. My ring is much more beautiful than I expected and the price is unbeatable!!! “I was on the market for an emerald ring for a while and chanced upon Astteria while doing some research online. I had a rather specific spec in mind for the stone and setting (c.4 carats, Colombian, no or insignificant enhancement in a 3-stone setting) and all my previous jewellery shopping experiences had been in physical stores but I was impressed by their range of options and decided to get in touch. And I am so glad I did because it turned out they had my dream ring and it's finally mine! The Astteria customer service is efficient and courteous and I found them equally open to presenting options already in their inventory or trying to source and create something from scratch. Also, as it was important to me to see a few options in person before committing to one, it is useful that they offer personal appointments at their city showrooms. I dealt with Hannah at the London showroom and I thought she was excellent during all our interactions and worked hard to iron out any wrinkles that arose. The only downside I found to the process is that if you want to see in person anything that is not already located at your local showroom, their policy is that you have to assume the cost of the transfer. This is offset against any purchase you eventually make but if you are trying to compare multiple items from multiple locations, it ends up being a not insignificant upfront commitment. (The alternative is to take advantage of their free shipping and return policy but depending on the number of options you are considering, this may not be realistic.) Last but not least, the product itself is impeccable. My husband and I have shopped at several places in the US, Europe and India and I think Astteria's settings and finish are as good as any high end jeweller. The final presentation in a big, luxurious box is the cherry on top.”
