“My overall experience from beginning to end has been excellent. I was initially nervous when shopping online for my engagement ring, and I know at times because of my uneasiness made me probably come across as an nuisance because of my constant emails with questions. Mr. Bashari who patiently walked through each step was nothing less than patient and understanding. I highly recommend this company as I plan to work with them again in the future.”

But after a phone conversation with Edward and many email with Ehud that included videos of the ring in natural light I went forward and ordered my ring. I was a little nervous still about wait 10 days for the ring to be sized and shipped from London but Ehud was great with returning emails even after the sale was made.
