About All Things Barbecue:

It all started simply enough: just a few friends and family gathering in the backyard, enjoying good company and good food. Somewhere along the line, this simple family tradition turned into a passion, culminating with the 2009 opening of All Things Barbecue.

Located in America’s heartland and shipping across the country. All Things Barbecue has a simple goal: to spread the passion for outdoor cooking to as many people as possible.

I received all of the rubs but did not receive my butcher paper. Have tried all of them, all are great.

Everything showed up on time and was well packaged. The product its self was very poor. Wouldn't burn right at all. I will never order that wood again.

For the most part you guys are great, however I found it rather strange that your system let me purchase an item and charge me for it, show it on my order then not ship it because it is somehow out of stock. Seems maybe someone in your organization must have taken this item and left me without the item I ordered and paid for. Your website will not let me order any item that is not in stock so I believe it was in stock when I ordered but one of your people took this item instead of holding it for my paid for order. I'm not happy about this.

The box was beat up and open. I haven’t assembled. I’m hoping all parts are still there.

Received my Clemente pizza oven with 2 out of 3 firebricks broken. Sent e-mail to support and to date they have not been replaced after I was told the had replacements. Fantastic oven but support less than desirable. Buying more gear but not sure if it will be from here

I enjoy the items presented by ATBBQ. You can go a month, and not know the status of your purchase. There is no follow up portion which informs the customer where your purchase is, or when it is expected to arrive at it's destination. In this you have a basic order process, with no information for the customer. I would hesitate purchasing again.

I want so bad to rate ATBBQ highly but I can’t. The delivery of the 1st YS 460s arrived damaged. It wasn’t on a pallet nor any protection. I realize it was FedEx freight that are at fault. My experience calling in was great. I actually spoke to the owner and then the Assistant Service Manager. They were both empathetic and apologetic for the bad experience. They turned around a replacement in 2 weeks and it delivered today. No damage. The problem is that the mat I ordered with the smoker didn’t come with the shipment. It was included when the damaged unit arrived but the driver suggested it would be better if I refused the entire shipment which is what I did. Then there’s the situation about the 1 vs. 2 piece diffuser. Yoder announced new units would include the 2 piece about 2 weeks after I ordered mine. I called but was told mine would still be shipped with the standard 1 piece. So I ordered the 2 piece diffuser. It arrived before the 1st damaged unit arrived. Well guess what, the replacement YS 640s that delivered today had the 2 piece. Now I have 2...I’m still going to hang in there with ATBBQ but I hope I have better luck in the future.

Ordered a couple of Items that Fed Ex drop the ball on, customer service suggested that I go to delivered location of lost product and try and retrieve myself, but after I hemmed and hawed, customer service came through!

Yoder smoker was purchased about 6 months ago. Had issues from the beginning and now making a weird humming sound from the fan area. Still not sure how well I like it and think my green mountain grill did better. I have ordered pellets and been satisfied with the quality. The purchase was for a half pallet and had to wait after I got there to have someone count them all out and wrap them up. Despite calling in ahead of time and was assured they would be ready for me when I got there to minimize contact and time. Somewhat frustrated.

Your website is sooooo slow. It has been like this for over a year and I'm getting to the point where I'll just go somewhere else.

All things BBQ is Ok I guess, I had issues but not necessarily with them. My issues would be with Yoder. I've had several orders and spent thousands. My issue with Yoder is misleading lead times and such long back order lead times. I really like their products but I have a hard time understanding why they will charge you for a product up front, and then ship it 2 months later, they sit on your money. Id be much happier if they'd charge once its ready to ship. Just my 2 cents.

I am pleased with the versatility of my YS640, and it does a very nice job. However I am disappointed in the fact that I’ve gone through 6 fuses in the year and a half that I’ve had it. After the first three ATTBQ replaced a bad fan motor. On fuses 4,5,and 6 I’ll wait 2 weeks for the service call to determine the problem. Will update this review after that.

The grease guard barely fit over the front edge of the grill. It took a lot of “coaxing” with a rubber mallet to get it on. Once in, it looks great. Just hope I don’t have to take it off to do any cleaning! Also ordered the rubber bumpers for the counter balance weight on the. After drilling a pilot hole for the supplied “self drill/tapping” screws, the first one snapped as soon as the threads grabbed. I spent the next hour trying to remove the broken screw and get a stainless steel screw in. The new orange casters went on without any hiccups and are a big improvement over the original ones.

Placed an order for curbside pickup. Got it home and Discovered that they provided the wrong product forcing me to return it. Order was eventually fulfilled but did not have this at time of actual need

The honest opinion is that I have a love and hate relationship with Ltbq. Last year I ordered a bunch of rubs and sauces, that never got to destination, then when I confronted the costumer service person (Aaron), he send me the same order again, but half of the sauces were broken and the other half was missing, only the rubs made it. But you have a great diversity. I got to say that Aaron did made an effort to ship me my products to canada. And I appreciate that. That is my experience.

The youtube videos you guys make are awesome and that is how I found your site. The buying experience on the website was a little clunky trying to checkout, process could be a little smoother. I also think I would place orders more often if the free shipping deal required a smaller order value. Hope that is helpful.

One star for shipping the wrong size gasket for my Kamado, bumped to three stars for replacing it. However, it took two days to get someone to respond to my email request for a replacement. Not what I expect from ATBBQ and much worse than prior experiences.
