It all started simply enough: just a few friends and family gathering in the backyard, enjoying good company and good food. Somewhere along the line, this simple family tradition turned into a passion, culminating with the 2009 opening of All Things Barbecue.

Located in America’s heartland and shipping across the country. All Things Barbecue has a simple goal: to spread the passion for outdoor cooking to as many people as possible.

Ordered a Pizza Oven for my YS1500. It’s taking 2 weeks for it to arrive maybe as it hasn’t arrived yet All Things BBQ shipped through FedEx The Oven has been sitting 20 mile”s from my house for 48 hours I tried to contact FedEx to go pick it up That was a no go My issue isn’t with ATBBQ its FedEx My suggestion is use another shipping service. FedEx’s customer support was in the Philippines Not much help when trying to get a package 20 miles away. First world problems I know just irritating

I tried to purchase $500+ in Yoder Smoker parts. They ( along with their Credit Card Processor Bolt.com ) rejected my order siting credit card fraud. Even though they placed a hold on my card for the full amount of the purchase. Bolt.com told me to contact Allthings BBQ to verify my information I did that they still refused the purchase. While the card was a new replacement card for one that was lost I have used it many times with other vendors over the past 2 weeks with no problem. They told me that the pending charge would be removed within 24 hours that did not happen. Now they say that the hold may take 1 to 7 days to be released. I just don't understand a company who does not want to make a sale. As it seems that no one else carries Yoder parts I will contact Yoder direct to see if they support their products in the field.

Pretty terrible experience. I spend $4500 on a Yoder YS640. Good product, but the top shelf rusts terribly. The stainless shelf is an "upgrade." Kind of a joke. If I wanted a made-in-China Traeger, I could have bought one for $1700. Customer service was unhelpful and downright rude.

I received a bbq shelf replacement part as a gift but it was the wrong size. It was difficult to get a return label and when I did it cost me more then the value of the shelf to return it.

Not a negative view of the product but I think you should reevaluate shipping via USPS. I ordered on 12/28 and today is 12/10. My order still has not arrived even though you are advertising 2-5 business days for delivery.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase experience. USPS is the worst. Was confident with a before Thanksgiving arrival and have still not received my order eight days later and counting. Reached out to customer service and was told I should have utilized expedited shipping. Not the response I had hoped for.

Kinda sucks. Never got a tracking # or confirmation of shipping after almost a week of purchase. Just showed up on door step with no notice.

When the grill arrived it had bent wheels when I installed the new ones and got it home the unit would not turn on waited on the phone and instructed how to check and repair connections on the hopper by that time I cooked the meals for my party on my old treager I have had to repair this grills pellet feeder and process board at least 15 times and still have to use the treager most of the time the size is wonderful but if you by the large Yoder test it if you are going to have people over and have a backup plan and by the way I never leave reviews and I am a mechanic and shop owner for 33 years I know how to repair machinery but I do not enjoy repairs that keep repeating on a product that cost this much save the money and buy a more cost effective grill

You have a rewards problem that no matter how much I spend I can’t get on also u send me 5 dollar coupons that every time I try to use them says invalid then u tell me it’s because the product isn’t valid with a coupon well why give a coupon then so I won’t be using your website again

Was disappointed in your customer service response to address an issue with a recent purchase. The OONI pizza oven gas burner I purchased was defective. I contacted customer service and requested a simple exchange, at the time you still had them in stock. Two days expired before hearing from CS at which time It was explained ATB would consult with OONI to resolve the issue. Days passed and not having heard anything I reconducted CS only to discover the email previously sent to me was not clearly written as such, we lost another week. Realizing the problem in communication and the delays, ATB offered to replace the unit asap, I was thankful and satisfied with this as I was working on a deadline previously noted in my emails. Within an hour I received a follow-up email and was informed the item was out of stock and a restocking date was unknown. It was suggested I pursue this further with OONI. Had this item been simply replaced at the time when still in stock we would not have had this problem. I understand the process of going through he manufacture first to trouble shoot the problem, but because of the poorly worded email only added to the time delay and the product being sold out. The total process took weeks to get to this point. Allow me to summarize ATB response: Delay, miscommunicated email, customer responsible to follow up with OONI, ATB accepts mistake and offers to quickly resolve the problem, ATB says "sorry, can't help you we are out of stock" and drops it there. I have since resolved the problem by replacing the defective regulator and thereby making void any guarantee associated with the product. Until now, I was a regular customer of ATB for close to two years, however given the response I received, I have concerns about future purchases and will only use ATB as a secondary choice, if at all.

Totally botched the delivery of my smoker and the accessories that went with it. Went long enough without any info, that I finally had to reach out to them after a week. They can't provide any info on a delivery date. Not even a rough estimate. Over 2k and I can't get any info.

I was sent an item that was clearly wrong and different from what was shown on the website and then made to pay return shipping at my own expense and obviously I feel this is an example of a dishonorable business practice.

I ordered a BBQ mat and 1 seasoning. I got the BBQ mat but it had a different name on the paperwork and I never got the spice
