I was super impressed with this product. Very pricey. I purchased a stainless steel spring grill cleaner for about $20 which I consider to be very safe. This grill cleaner ran over $30. Extra setup to use this product; having a water bucket, heating up the grates, etc. First time I used this I got blasted with steam! Hurt for a few days. Mainly, I like that it is made in USA and benefits First Responders. I do use it on occasion (very carefully).

Love the Yoder I bought. Very disappointed I didn’t receive Crenshaw knife set though.

Overall good selection of Yoder products. Pricing in my opinion is a bit excessive. Too many out of stock items that ultimately cause you to buy what’s available then wait to receive notice of “back in stock” just to purchase and pay a separate shipping fee, and btw you best just on the site within minutes of the back in stock notice or it will be out of stock again. In conclusion, selection is great, pricing a bit excessive, ordering process/in stock/back order needs attention.

Yoder Smokers YS640s Pellet Grill on Competition Cart… as mentioned in my previous review that I was asked to revise… The Yoder smoker itself works amazing. However, the FireBoard technology inside this smoker is very lackluster. I have called and emailed FireBoard several times in regards to the issues I’m having and have been put through the runaround. I’ve sent multiple logs from this device to the FireBoard company with them essentially blaming me for the problem. My Wi-Fi and router are essentially right beside the grill and they are telling me that the signal is degraded. I’ve done several speed test and Wi-Fi analysis which show that the Wi-Fi signal is strong at this location. FireBoard insists that this is my problem and the technology is working as it should. My problem is that the temperature cannot be adjusted through the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or adjusted when I’m out in town. Buyer beware especially if you are seeking a smoker that has a specific level of technology, as this particular smoker has not lived up to its reputation in regards to the technology. Again, the smoker works well, but only if you do not leave your house.

I bought a Yoder YS640 pellet grill back in 2017 and loved it! I quickly upgraded the diffuser plate for the one with the door (did not come standard at that time) and bought the grill grates. After having it for sometime I noticed rust accumulating on the top shelf as well as the bottom grates. I noted this was because the initial grates were made of chrome and not stainless steel (a little bit of a let down given the price of this smoker and it advertised as lasting a lifetime). The grill grates also warped due to the exposed heat over several years. I recently upgraded everything to stainless steel and bought new grill grates because of this. I also changed out the diffuser plate (due to rust) which was not a cheap upgrade. I noted that the hatch on the new diffuser plate did not come with a handle like the original. This will make it very difficult when smoking and then reverse searing something, which I do often. Overall I love the smoker and it cooks well; however, for the price I would expect these upgrades to be standard. I also do not know why they removed the handle from the diffuse hatch. Most mainstream smokers on the market as well as all grill that are $300 and up come standard with stainless steel grates.

The cattleman’s Cajun seasoning I ordered was all clumped together. Everything else was ok.

I really enjoy the videos and recipes, I am impressed with the variety of stock you carry, but what I am disappointed about is the $10 off coupon doesn't apply to me because I am outside the US. I don't think that's fair. I am/was your dependable customer and you keep sending me this coupon however I can't use it, Invalid. That's a disappointment since I've ordered enough to warrant at least that as a bonus. Hopefully, you'll revisit that policy.

Shipping was fast but the mat was bent to fold it to fit in a box. I still haven't been able to get it to lay flat.

Fast shipping, but you really need to figure out a better way to ship the bags of pellets - this is my second order in a row where two of the bags opened during shipment, with loss of product out corners of the boxes.

The bucket showed up fine, but I am missing the sissors and the brining kit broke in shipping I’m assuming and made a massive mess

Ready to ship same day apparently means the following day at the end of the day. Ordered one bottle of marinade with like $10 shipping and lid on the bottle was broken so I couldn't save what was leftover.

The only difficulty I’ve had relates to your website’s “user friendliness”. The product pages could be better organized, and the search function more coherent. Other than this small gripe everything else is great - great products, excellent customer services, and Chef Tom is the best.

Bought a Yoder 640S and the purchase was very smooth from the online ordering to the delivery. My Yoder ended up having a problem which with the help of Yoder support I was able to fix. It's a shame I had to fix my new $3000 smoker but I guess I can't blame ATB for that

Overall I've been pretty pleased with ATBBQ even though my first purchase, a Yoder 640, doesn't show up in my history. I was told it's because I didn't open an online account before placing the order. Doesn't make any sense to me but whatever. Also, my last order was for an ACS conversion kit for the Yoder and when I placed the order it did NOT show it out of stock - at least not on my computer - and after I placed the order and inquired about a shipping date I was told 12 - 14 weeks. After inquiring further (and contacting Yoder) I found out the parts have been backordered since July and there was no definitive availability, even though $459 was deducted from my charge account. I don't have a problem paying for something in advance as long as I know I'll receive the merchadise promptly.

I ordered on Sunday 12/19/21 and had 2 day shipping, but as of now (4 working days later)still do not even have a tracking number. Understanding that it is the holidays and things are slower, I suggest that you adjust your delivery times as well, as to not give the customer false hope for an on time delivery.

Your website is great! The fact that you have links in your recipes is a big plus. The problem I have is that after placing an order back in October it took five working days for you to package and ship my order. It was all, spice and sauce items that you had in stock and you still made an error on the order and didn't ship one of my items and shipped me the wrong item. I called and the lady on the phone was very nice and corrected the order by shipping out the correct item and let me keep the wrong item. Your customer service whenever I have called has been beyond great! I have always gotten a hold of a real person who is friendly and kind and is always able to take care of my issue. The five days to get my purchase to the shipper I feel needs to be improved. And I have been shipped the wrong item more than once. Even with those faults I still think that you guys provide a great product selection and Chef Tom does a fabulous job on the videos. My wife purchased a Yoder YS640 a couple of years ago for me for Christmas and love it. I do miss Chef Britt, she had some great recipes. Keep up the good work Chef Tom, I look forward to see what you come up with in 2022.
