About All Things Barbecue:

It all started simply enough: just a few friends and family gathering in the backyard, enjoying good company and good food. Somewhere along the line, this simple family tradition turned into a passion, culminating with the 2009 opening of All Things Barbecue.

Located in America’s heartland and shipping across the country. All Things Barbecue has a simple goal: to spread the passion for outdoor cooking to as many people as possible.

“The return policy is far too onerous. I would not recommend buying anything except grills here. “No refunds” on used/opened items is perfectly reasonable on a smoker. On a thermometer or a butcher knife that disappoints? Completely unreasonable. I will always buy elsewhere whenever possible. The ATBBQ answer may be “you should have called us” but I take them at their word. The website says no refunds on opened items and the website provides no return option. That tells me how they do business. Lesson learned. I move on.”

“I had an old address in the system, didnt pay attention when placing my order and my order was mistakenly returned to ATTBBQ. Called customer service and they resent my order with no additional charges. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful. I love ATTBBQ rubs and sauces and the youtube channel. Customer for life!”
