“ Tried to purchase tickets with tmobile promo for today and had to contact customer service only to learn my account is locked for "suspicious activity" so I have to wait until they review. Found out activity was in February...it's December. Review your accounts Atom!!! Lame. ”

“ Happy to save on popcorn, BUT, we cancelled one day and went to SAME movie apprx 2 days later. I have written 4 customer service emails requesting my apprx $4.66 service fee returned. IT WAS ALSO CHARGED 2 days later for SAME movie. The service person emailing me is playing games over refunding less tha$5!!! THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL THEM! ”
