I cant Believe Audi UK have dropped to the lowest standards, I have been a loyal customer for last 6 years and have come to a conclusion that this will be my last Audi, I have been completely conned and repeatedly told lies about Audi services and given assurances that my issues will be sorted only to my disappointment no action has been taken yet, the customer services are so poor if the call gets disconnected they never get back in touch, I was given Assurance by the manager couple of months ago that my car issue will be sorted and if it doesn't happen to contact him directly today when I contacted and asked for him the lady put me on hold for 5 minutes and said she cant get hold of him, after which I asked her for his Email id so I could contact him directly which she again told me lies that she has sent me his Email Id which wasn't sent she put me on hold again for another 5 minutes to tell me that she cant give his Email Id, but will request the manager to call me. since then I still haven't heard from him. I would not recommend buying any cars from Audi in the future for their poor service and false assurances given to customers.my call wasn't answered for 15 minutes which I had to cut the call and dial back again.

Booked my Audi TT black edition in for an MOT. Despite the technician finding an 'urgent' oil change was needed the service manager Mark Deighton released the car. The technician usually send an e-mail to you during the MOT but I didn't get mine till after I'd collected the car and returned home. It stated the need for an urgent oil change along with a windscreen wiper change and a systems check. The wipers are not too bad but I cannot understand why the service manager would have released the car when it urgently needs an oil change and systems check. I would happily have paid there and then for the changes. I called Mark who was unable to help. Now I will have to take another morning off work to take the car back in. Hopefully I will get someone more helpful and friendly. Failing that I'll have to take it somewhere else. On a plus note the technicians did an excellent job.

Audi Ireland are no better than UK! I developed a major problem in my A8 and it was just out of warranty (3 years ) but neither the dealer or Audi Irel were interested...so no more Audi’s for me.... purchase one at your peril...be warned!

The Shop experience is Fine .. But customer "Service" is pretty much non existent...
