“Quick and easy to sell but very expensive brokerage fee. Rip off.”

“It took over 6 weeks to sell my shares, as the communication was very poor. It took over five emails and a few phone calls to get a reply to my queries. I won't write a bad review, but do you think that this is professional and up to today's standards? Answer this and you have your feedback. Regards”

“Aussie Share Sales does not recognise Western Australian driver licenses different to other Australian Driver's License. Hence unable to do personal verification on WA drivers licence details. Had to resort to try several times to enter my passport details. The Sydney office does not return numrerous phone calls.”

“4 Phone calls to listed Aussie Share Sales doe snot get returned. Time to complete transaction and sales money in my bank account takes longer (five days) then what was advised in phone call when I was finally able to get through to somebody with authority to speak to.”

“Needed to ring several times to chase up payment which had been overlooked by your team. Was told on the day of payment that our fees would be reduced to compensate which was never followed through.”
