“I got straight through to a real person on the phone without delay. The lady on the phone was very helpful and understanding, even sending me a text with an estimated recovery arrival time. On call recovery was with me within a half hour of the phonecall who was also very pleasant. Thankful to be rescued so quickly as it was cold at half midnight when i broke down.”

“When we were stranded on the A1 Auto Aid got us to our holiday destination a hundred miles away, and the next day took our car to a garage to be repaired. This was done with reliability and no fuss.”

“As I have only just joined I am unable to give a rating at this point. I was unable to complete the application on line because the form would not accept a start date. This meant that I could not get my Top Cashback cash back. I will try through their claims process.”
