“I have used Auto Aid for some years now and whilst it is some time since I had occasion to use the service I recall it as quick and satisfactory. At that time I was required topay the garage attending and reclaim the money but I note that I no longer need to do that so Auto Aid is even better.”

“I didn't realise my breakdown cover was ending and I appreciated a telephone call letting me know and it was very easy to make a payment straight away for this years cover. Auto Aid now has my new email details so hopefully I will just need a prompt by email in future.”

“Very easy to renew online. Have used Auto Aid twice including one time on a minor road in the middle of Bodmin Moor with no Mobile or WiFi signal when the Auto Aid staff were excellent in finding where I was and getting me assistance even though it took them 2 hours liaising with local agencies.”
