“I have had to use Auto aid twice this year for minor problems. As an older woman I found the operator excellent and immediately concerned for my welfare. On both occasions the rescue garage arrived in good time and were very effective in diagnosing the problem and very concerned all was well escorting me for a distance to ensure no further issues. No garage rip off either. Well done Autoaid!”

“Great value, no faff and no exclusions designed just to catch you out. I've used it thrice now for my motorcycle - battery gone dead, out of petrol and a flat tire on my way from London to Manchester. They put you through to a local garage that comes and does the needful. Yes, it can sometimes take a while depending on local traffic conditions (talking about London here) and how busy they are. But again, with the price I'm paying for covering all the vehicles driven by me and my wife, I can't complain.”

“Once you got through (felt kinda left in limbo, no music, no info re waiting time) my renewal process was quick & through with important aspects of the renewal fully advised with card payment quickly ( alas) processed, all in all a good show except for phone.”

“Used Auto aid once so far and happy with the service, only issue with the rescue was the battery was flat because the alternator needed replacing I didn't need a new battery the person attending didn't understand why the battery was not charging !!”
