“My previous breakdown cover was due for renewal and I was in the process of obtaining a range of quotations to ensure I was receiving the best value for money. Whilst speaking to the assistant from Autonational I was made aware of the Auto Aid policy which appeared ideally suited to my needs. The assistant was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous and I was very pleased to take out this cover.”

“I have been with auto aid for several years now and have had very good response to a couple of break downs, my issue is with the Telephone operative today, I think it was a female but she came across as tense and a little aggressive, I was very close to ending the call and going with another breakdown company, making me aware of the updates and charges for sending out hard copies of my policy was delivered more as a 'well if you don't like it' attitude, she may be having a bad day but I feel disappointed by her approach to me.”
