“Dealt with efficiently and promptly by Elsie and explained clearly. In addition when my policy expired due to an inclusive agreement with the then insurer I was telephoned to ask why I had not renewed which I though was excellent work in retaining existing customer base. At the time it was tempting not to continue with the agreement as I believe it is a good cover. Perhaps a small incentive may have got me renewing at the time.”

“The lovely treasure that is Elsie, politely mentioned I was not covered for breakdown which I hadn't even thought of until now. Elsie explained what the policy covered and asked if that was something I thought I would benefit from. Elsie is a credit to the business and sounds like she loves her job. Thank you!”
