“Answered phone quickly to renew policy, confident agent, quick and easy to deal with over the phone. I havent had to call them out to a breakdown yet... so cant comment on any actual breakdown situation.”

“As yet I've never had to use the service, but this only makes the low price of cover even better as you don't feel like you've wasted money on a 'just in case' event. Renewal staff have always been friendly and helpful on the phone.”

“ll breakdowns we have had were dealt with to our satisfaction O thing is with doing everything on line we do not seem to have a policy number which is needed should we have a breakdown in the future .Could you send e-mail with policy number if ever we need it Thomas Riley”
