“After a rocky start - previous phone call, same morning, to one of Jessica's colleagues was unsatisfactory and the operative churlish - Jessica listened to my renewal problem and provided a solution. After considering leaving Autoaid after a few years, I decided to stay. It's not what you say, it's how you say it.”

“The person on the phone was very helpful and efficient but the website was terrible. It would only let me renew with my old adress and wouldn’t let me change the adress even in the section of the website specifically for that.”
