“Agent fine and efficient. Things deteriorated when I was asked to produce a marriage certificate to prove my spouse and I were married as my partner has kept her own surname. In 2017 is this really a question for a long standing customer who has never had to prove this even for our bank? What nonsense. Eventually after a little feedback Autoaid saw how rediculous this was and offered cover for another yr. I might switch though next yr left a bad taste.On the 2 occasions I've had to call for assistance they have been brilliant.”

“We have been with another company for over 30 years but as we don't go very far these days, we were looking for a company that suited our needs which was cheaper. I am pleased to say that this company suited our needs, and within a few minutes of our phone call the emailed us all the documents. Very efficient. Thank you very much.”

“Kavelle was very helpful and answered my questions fully. This is our second year with Autoaid and so far not had to make a call out for assistance so cannot comment on how efficient they are in dealing with an emergency. Their price is very competitive compared with the likes of AA and RAC which we had been with for years without ever having to call them out but had to find an alternative insurer as their prices are ridiculously high.”

“Been with Autoaid over twenty years haven't claimed in fifteen,policy expired while on a trip abroad and now had to pay as if a new customer at an higher rate,no loyalty at all”
