“Someone answered the phone within a couple of rings and I didn't have to wait in a queue. Duma was very polite, listened to my request to renew membership and also change address and actionned it very quickly. Excellent customer service which is often lacking in a lot of other companies!”

“Piece of mind made me take this policy also the price very competitive. One previso the caravan cover is not up to it my caravan is more than 3 mts Infact most caravans are between 3/6 mts long so would i have arrange separate cover to get it home if I broke down with my van on tow ???”
