“Very quick to renew and update my address. Clear and straightforward. Also, well done on your follow up in the lead up to my renewal - multiple reminders by email, text and phone. Most businesses don't seem to care so it's refreshing to find one that does.”

“My card wouldn't work on line, but Elsie took my details and the payment went through. I was anxious that I might miss my renewal but everything is now done. Elsie had a very nice telephone manner and was very efficient and quick.”

“Always pleasant to deal with by phone and unbeatable cover for the price, especially if you have a partner to add for free. I have yet to actually break down while a policy holder so I can't comment beyond that.”

“I won't really know until and if I use the service however it would seem the level of cover is exactly what I want. It's person covered not vehicle and the price is excellent.”
