“I can only write a review on Wesley's services. He was polite and helpful and answered the questions that I put to him to my satisfaction which concluded in me accepting the breakdown policy that was discussed. Please note that my breakdown policy does not come into operation until Saturday so am unable to comment further at this stage.”

“Excellent service today from Nita. BUT I'm very disappointed that AutoAid sent me a renewal email last year that I never received. This resulted in my policy lapsing. If Nita hadn't alerted me to this I could have broken down without cover. THERE SHOULD BE SOME FOLLOW-UP FOR POLICIES THAT DON'T RENEW.”
