“(Relatively) Inexpensive breakdown cover. Answered telephone almost immediately. However, you need either a Freephone number or an 10, 02 or 03 telephone number for your customers who cannot make 0345 premium rate calls from their mobile telephones. Also, your telephone operative needs to eb trained to speak properly: using a pronounced 'glottal stop' makes her almost impossible to understand e.g. she says: 'thir 'ee ' instead of 'thirty' . When talking about fees it is important to speak with absolute clarity. Further, she was pretty useless on my European breakdown cover questions.”

“The lady on the phone was very helpfull but . . . . . the problem was that it too ages to get through on the telephone and in fact my policy had expired because I had tried previously a number of time to call Autoaid but I was kept holding on so long that I had to hang up evenutally. This is not good customer service and lets your staff down who are doing a good job”
